Dean Williams


Dean has successfully defended dozens of complex claims against individuals and corporations, including international chemical and product manufacturers involving personal injury and property damage, toxic tort, wrongful death, and workplace and premises liability lawsuits. Dean is also experienced in disputes relating to business contracts, construction, trade-secrets, non-compete agreements, real estate, environmental contamination, and employee/employer rights.

Dean obtained his law degree with Magna Cum Laude honors from Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2005. While working full time and attending law school at night, Dean served as Managing Editor for the Cleveland State University Law Review Dean and Chair of the Moot Court Board of Governors. After law school, he worked as an associate at the Cleveland offices of Thompson Hine and Jones Day.

Before becoming an attorney, Dean received Associate and Bachelor degrees in law enforcement from Terra Technical College in Fremont, Ohio and the University of Toledo. Thereafter, he worked as a Liquor Enforcement Agent for the Ohio Department of Public Safety and an Enforcement Agent for the Ohio Department of Taxation. During that time, Dean was appointed to the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force after 9/11 where he obtained Top Secret Clearance to investigate and trace illegal financial support and money laundering for terrorist activities in the United States and abroad.

Dean grew up in Attica, Ohio, and is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts of Ohio, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He also serves on the board of the Domestic Violence and Child Advocacy Center and volunteers for Muttley Crue Pit Bull Rescue.
